Positives: The concierge staff was the best and friendliest I have ever encountered anywhere.

Negatives: Seem to have a no late-checkout policy, but they will hold your bags for you if you have a flight later in the day.

It was OK, my husband and I were placed in a room with 2 double beds instead of one king. The concierge never answered his line, but the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. However, we came back .....
