The staff was all highly trained to do anything of reason that was requested. Little problems were fixed immediately without question. Each guest was made to feel special.

Positives: We only go to top quality hotels and this one certainly qualifies.

Negatives: The selection of food on the menu for dinner was limited in our view but the breakfast was a buffet as good as can be found.
